New feature - shifts swap

I would like to have a feature that enables me to send a request to an other operator regarding exchanging one shift of mine to one shift of theirs. The hours 6-14, 14-22 and 22-06, must be compatible in the shift request. You can not request a swap from morning hourse to night hours.
