- Updated RMMApi to notify output queues of side-channel status during initialization.
- Modified configOutputQueues to skip side-channel queue setup if absent.
- Forced side-channel queue and packet generator to disabled state if no side channel is configured.
- Cleaned up redundant register writes for ring clocks.
