Project 'e3/e3-require' was moved to 'e3/wrappers/e3-require'. Please update any links and bookmarks that may still have the old path.
This will cause require to apply all of the patches in patch/Site instead of only version-specific ones.
Note: This will take a lot of work to go through all of the existing modules; however, I think that is best left as a separate story closer to when we actually are intending to release this version of require.
