Update list of hosts in access security files

Specifically, the file https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/e3/essioc/-/blob/main/access/rfps.acf uses a list of allowed hosts. These include the NXBastion nodes, so this needs to be fixed to include the new nodes 05 through 08.

The MCR/LCR host list should be checked as well.

In general, this doesn't seem like a maintainable way of handling these files.
