Unify and clean up command files

Seperate iocsh file should be created to establish connection to single MCH. We need to check if conditional execution is possible. It is the best to specify all names and ip addresses only once per command file .

• how to run with 2-3 chassis simultaneously? - IP as a ASYN port adress?
• clean-up conventions in CMD file for multiple MCH instances - setup for ASYN and Stream Device,
