Support second naming style

Some systems name without the "MTCA"-component, and without the system index. It seems to usually look like this (but how many numbers are used for the component indices varies from 1-4):

Sys::  # here is what you put everything that currently is under "MTCA-<SysIdx>00"
Sys:PM-1:Property
Sys:EVR-1:Property
# etc
