The SP ramping also was crashing if the ramp fall length was bigger than
the table length

This commit fix the issue when the fall ramp is bigger than the table size
(on Pulse Generator). On that situation the IOC was crashing.

Fix gain calculation

Instead of having a fixed maximum table length for the pulse generator and
for the SP Ramping, now the maxium table length is calculated from the RF
pulse length from the timing  (evr island) IOC.

This file doesn't exist anymore

For tests with the automatic calibration

This was overwritten the PWRFWDCH on the FF automatic calibration, and making
the input channel be always 3. With this the LLRF with more than 1 digitizer
(RFQ and DTLs) would use the wrong channel for the calibration.

This will allow to have the ramp-down during the ff autocalibration
