e3-620: fix module naming

Wayne Lewis requested to merge e3-620-fix_module_naming into master

Updates to change all references to the module name to sequencer. Previous names (filenames, config items) included seq and sequencer-2-2. All have been updated to sequencer.

A separate step will be the rename and URL update for the repo to change from e3-seq to e3-sequencer.
