Draft: APTM/GRID apply new updates from libxda

The xda_grid_set_beam_detection_interlock_clear function is changing name to xda_grid_clear_beam_detection_interlock, and loosing one parameter, in this merge request of the libxda repo. This merge request updates the function call in adxda.

Don't merge until the libxda merge request is approved and merged.
