Duplicate records found across channel-items and option-ramp-speed-items

This issue is created as a reminder, so that the issue does not need to be discovered again. No immediate action is required.

They implement the same record.

• Option 1: move duplicate records into one file. moving off from channel-items.template and into option-ramp-speed-items seems appropriate. This will be a BREAKING CHANGE.
• Option 2: add some comments about them in the records, so that future developer is made aware of the possibility that the changes may not apply properly in some setups. To avoid introducing bugs associated with this, both files need updating whenever one of such record is changed.
