Add dynamic HIGH/HIHI alarm thresholds for temp based on setpoint

  • Added two calcout records to set dynamic thresholds:
    • HIGH = SP + 10 → written to Temp-R.HIGH
    • HIHI = SP + 50 → written to Temp-R.HIHI
  • Updated Temp-R record with severities (HHSV=MAJOR, HSV=MINOR.
