ESS Site-specific module : ADCore

e3 wrapper for EPICS recsync module. This module provides the client (RecCaster) which runs as part of an EPICS IOC. It sends the PV list in the IOC to a receiving server to populate the ChannelFinder directory service.

e3 wrapper for EPICS caPutLog module. caPutLog provides logging for Channel Access put operations. Any CA write to a PV is logged to a log server.
