1. Move to GitLab and gitlab-ci
2. The RPMs required for the real time kernel are independent.
We should not try to rebuild and push an existing version,
so the repository has been splitted in 4:
- kernel-rt (this one)
- tuned (new one)
- rt-setup (new one)
- rtctl (new one)
