Remove velocity argument from moveToSwitch functions

According to the last meeting with ICS and MCAG, the move commands will not have Velocity arguments. The velocity will be set in the code before the move function is called.

In the motionFunctionsLib remove the argument velocity from the move commands that have velo as argument (except moveVelocity):

  • moveToSwitchFwd
  • moveToSwitchBwd
