Draft: filament heater qol updates

Final formatting changes in line with ESS code. Added box for timer. Added select and clear buttons per RF section and master buttons also. Fixed spacing in Klystron rectangles. Changed formatting of Klystron embedded Displays in line with ESS code, ease of use and relevance to Operator in mind also.
