General update

I've removed some items not really in use (detector_apps), some software we no longer support (Eclipse CSS), and have added the shared e3 builds which are on the CSLab network (hardcoded - intentionally).

I presumed we wouldn't need this playbook to be used for TN workstations. Otherwise, the ansible vars used for autofs could be removed from here and just defined in CSEntry or AWX, but this is more convenient if my presumption is true.

Unit tests are updated to cover changes.
