ICSHWI-13713: Motion tweak

All motion performed at BI lab on the vertical axis under vacuum and under gravity force.

  • random.zip ---> random movement performed via test.py (see test.log for details).
  • speed.zip ---> back and forth between the limit switches (keeps travel speed for as long as possible).
  • idle.zip ---> motor just stays in place.

Position lag is unaffected under vacuum (see MR !3 (merged)). random-motion-err.dat

At target is 200 nano. idle-pos.dat

Max velo is set to 10.1 with occasional peaks which are handled by ECMC_MON_VELO_MAX_TRAJ_TIME. speed-vel-zoom.dat
