Team future view for the rota maker,

Various UI improvements: combining tabs, and unifying views,

[bug fixes] improve the layout of "my shifts"
[bug fixes] improve the layout of "rota maker planning actions"
[bug fixes] remove shifts on market model flaw (cascade delete) and remove object when shifts are removed
