(new feature) Statistics data and graphs in my team page and in rota maker cockpit

  • bar plot for the number of shifts in the chosen calendar range
  • dependency plot on who with whom on the shift in the same range
  • This MR adds a new npm dependency! Don't forget to npm install + python manage.py collect static
