Fixed some dynamic widths. Removed transparent launch btn from titlebar. Expert launcher available from start. Launch button for opening in new tab/window/navi renamed to Breakout. Launch and settings / Launch and help button separated as they are unrelated. Fixed bug with launching new operator level opis navigator opi.
