SaveRestore API (before authentication on the Service)

  • split of the saverestore.py file plus the proper ABC class,
  • introduced a bit more proper objects,
  • separated config from snapshot value,
  • first methods to create Configs and Take Snapshots
  • saving snapshots and configs
  • general cleanup and doc fix
