Fix DTL Steerer current PV names

Lais Pessine Do Carmo requested to merge laispessine/alarm-server-config:fix-dtl-steerer-current-pvnames into master

These PVs were renamed recently (see MR below), thus their names have to be fixed here in the alarm system.

e3/wrappers/e3-biltitest!2 (merged)

In summary, the name changes are:

Curr -> Curr-R CurrSet -> Curr-S CurrSet-RB -> Curr-RB
