Add CCU PVs to archiver

Henrique Silva requested to merge henriquesilva/archiver-appliance-config-aa-linac-prod:rfs-ccu into master

Only scalar PVs.

Some of the PVs were already present in the archiver list (RFQ, DTLs and MBL-020), so they were just moved around to system-specific files.

Note that since a script was used to generate these lists, it creates one commit per RF system, but they all relate to the Circulator IOC. These commits can be squashed when merged to keep the repo history cleaner.
