ICSHWI-14512: Add missing E-Pickup PVs to archiver

A few changes bundled in the same MR (sorry if this is hard to review, handling this in separate MRs would make handling conflicts a bit too annoying):

  • Renaming the files to remove the "RFS-" substring from the file name
  • Replacing aliases with source PVs:
    • <sys>:<dev>:VMon-9v5BusVol -> <sys>:<dev>:VMon-ValueV1_RBV
    • <sys>:<dev>:VMon-15vBusVol -> <sys>:<dev>:VMon-ValueV2_RBV
    • <sys>:<dev>:VMon-CompInVol -> <sys>:<dev>:VMon-ValueV4_RBV
    • <sys>:<dev>:VMon-5vBusVol -> <sys>:<dev>:VMon-ValueV5_RBV
    • <sys>:<dev>:VMon-AnaVol -> <sys>:<dev>:VMon-ValueV6_RBV
    • <sys>:<dev>:IOExp-FiberTestMon -> <sys>:<dev>:IOExp-LevelPin0_RBV
    • <sys>:<dev>:IOExp-IntlkON -> <sys>:<dev>:IOExp-LevelPin2_RBV
  • Adding <sys>:<dev>:IOExp-DirPin PVs
  • Adding HBL units
