ICSHWI-18207: Add RFPS Driver FWD and B-Amp current PVs

Files were also renamed to match the current IOC name

The lines that were removed (ex. Spk-010RFC:RFS-RFPS-010:AmpAFilaCur-R) were duplicated, so they still exist in the files

Closes ICSHWI-18207 and ICSHWI-18208
