ICSHWI-17721:Added new PVs during SIT 3

Amin Hosseini Nejad requested to merge aminhosseini/archiver-appliance-config-aa-linac-prod:master into master

As as part of SIT 3 for the DTL control systems, some more PVs are added to the archiver server.

Note: some PVs which are already in the config files are not listed by INFN in their latest lists, the version is set as draft. The investigation into why already done, so the MR is ready.
