CMS - Diagnostics PVs added

CMS and Filling Station new PVs added to be archived.

Please note: most of these PVs that currently seems to be removed newly were already removed from the archiver a while ago. In this version only PVs related to one device need to be removed from the archiver, because the device was removed from the system and replaced with one without interfaces to the CS. For the I will create a JIRA ticket for that.
