The source project of this merge request has been removed.
CDS files reorganization [ci.skip]
Those commits are changes in CDS archiver files, PVs are now organized per PLC or IOC. There are some leftovers still to take care of but majority of changes are contained in this MR. There are no new PVs so pipeline is skipped.
