Added a new files and removed the duplicates

Dennis Hasselgren requested to merge dennishasselgren/archiver-appliance-config-aa-linac-prod:master into master

This files contains all the PV's for ISrc & LEBT. This will also help with adding new pv's in the future by making it easier to find where to place it. The files has been cleaned of duplicates and empty files has been removed.
