Moved TS2-Cryo pvs to dedicated archive file from Cryo-Operations

Hi @karlvestin, I wanted to add some pvs for the "cryomodule-ready" conditions to LPS and profited the opportunity to create a dedicated TS2-Cryo.archive file to split from the legacy cryoplants pvs (as we were using the same file), so all TS2-Cryo pvs are now taken from Cryo-Operations and placed there. I checked with Alfio and Infra and this reorganization should not have any impact on the archiving. Thanks.
