Remove autosave from TimePerPointLink PV

Juliano Murari requested to merge julianomurari/admisc:autosave_long_string into master

Autosave truncates to 40 characters when restoring that PV value. This MR solves jira 5669.

It has been tested on CPU09 and works fine.
