ICSHWI-5667 BCMLutModeID only exist in main param list

Mode ID is a common paramater for all addresses and this commit fixes the issue with LUT that were not being upated correctly for 2nd and more channels. See ICSHWI-5667

According to Mehdi's test, it fixes the LUT issue but I think(hope) it's a harmless change for the rest.
