CAP-426: Added differential measurement support to LTC-2991

Added three new configuration parameters to AKI2CLTC2991Configure:
- Value of V1,V2 and V3,V4 Control Register (Table 5 in docs)
- Value of V5,V6 and V7,V8 Control Register (Table 6 in docs)
- Value of PWM, Vcc, Tinternal Control Register (Table 7 in docs)
If not specified then 0 is used that also happens to be the hardware default so everything is backwards compatible.
