Redirect core dumps from prometheus exporters

Note that the core dump path here is hardcoded, I'm not sure if there's a better way of doing this, since this path can changed on the ioc-exporter role: https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/ccce/ans/ics-ans-role-ioc-exporter/-/blob/master/tasks/main.yml#L25
