Added local CA broadcast fix: Should bump local CA unicast name requests to broadcast ones so that caget with EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST=localhost and EPICS_CA_AUTO_ADDR_LIST=NO works
Removed standalone "segfault" IOC: send SIGSEGV signal to cause a segfault instead of using a special module
