ICSHWI-8369: Check events of failed deployments

To sum up briefly, our aim is to identify failed AWX jobs which haven't changed anything on target host's directory structure for sure. (Other failed AWX jobs which may have changed it must be treated as "inconsistent state" and needs manual check by integrators or admins.) We plan to achieve this by filtering job events having "ics-ans-role*" as role property.
