ICSHWI-9706: Fixing shown git reference in IOC details page + IOC list

Imre Toth requested to merge ICSHWI-9706_Fixing_ioc_details_deployment_reference into develop

The git reference column in the IOC list was not showing the active deployment, but the latest one that the user tried to deploy (regardless of the deployment was successful or not). In this fix we will modify the Reference column for the IOC list. Also the same goes in the IOC details page response.
