Resolve CE-2191 "Inconsistent deployment status"

Imre Toth requested to merge CE-2191_Inconsistend_deployment_status into develop

2 issues had to be fixed:

  • alert had been shown for IOCs for what the actualDeployment was null valued (used the admin feature to mark an IOC as not deployed one)
  • IOCs for what de (un)deployment has been failed the IOC details page showed which hosts it was deployed on - while the host details hasn't shown up the IOC
