CE-2725: Send name description to AWX

Imre Toth requested to merge CE-2725_Send_name_description_to_AWX into develop

Sending the IOC Name description to the AWX as a parameter.

If Naming can not be queried for some reason, or the name doesn't exist, the description field will be an empty string.
