show alerts and warnings on ioc list view hide them on ioc details view

Includes altering how we handle custom columns in job table, I tought it
a bit more clean to let consuming components send columns as props if
they want something else than the default columns, since custom tables
are now used in two places.

In this commit I also moved error message functionality from create IOC
component to Helpers for re-use in host job table

Should display EmptyValue if hostname missing,
and only EllipsisText with hostname otherwise

Adds some more examples to IOCDetails.json to have
all options in desplaying IocDetailsView.

Make IOCDetails.json clearer data is faked, and
for what purpose each example is for.

Default from MUI is minWidth 20px, change to 17px
Sets the fontSize down to 0.7rem to match.

The test for TokenRenew has been failing intermittently for
an extended time period. Seeing as this is a QoL feature, and
considering the fact that we are replacing our auth provider
(to Ping), we may as well remove the test.
