This merge request:

• Modifies phrasing on the statistics page (see ICSHWI-9277)
• Introduces PrimeKeyValueTable component using PrimeReact Datatables for more control over column width/alignment
• Splits the Statistics table in two parts (one for monitoring, one for stuff from our DB) (see ICSHWI-9437)
