Final adjustments on tables ICSHWI-9381

This merge request changes

• All the tables in the application to have smaller fixed column widths.
  • Essentially, these widths are just enough to fit the column title.
  • This should make them favor truncating the cell content over showing the scrollbar.
• All tabs for filtering to include the word 'Only' (except for All)
• Changes the word 'Version' to 'Reference' in all tables
