Fix data table filtering on reload tabbed pages

Bugfix: URL state caching of 'current tab state' was buggy in case of page reload or copy-paste link of tabbed pages like IOC hosts and Log. (It worked correctly for IOCs) Solution was deployed to https://ce-deploy-demo.cslab.esss.lu.se/
