CE-1834: Fix IOC table row highlight

Imre Toth requested to merge CE-1834_Fix_IOC_table_row_highlight into develop

Turned out that the refactored AlarmSeverity field was only modified on the BE side, and the modification not made on the FE (or not in every place).

Not just the IOC list had the highlight problem, but the IOC list on the Host details page also.

Deployed the modification to the DEMO environment.
