CE-1946: migrate IOC Table to common-ui

• migrates IOCTable (and its usages via IOCAsyncList) to use ui-common table
• adds a story for the home page to make checking the HomeView usage of IOCAsyncList easier
• removes the column sort on the HostDetails page; doesn't appear to have been used, and column sorting has been disabled by default anyway going-forward...
