CE-2159: Minor-adjustments

Ticket: CE-2159

• Convert some containers to RootPaper, and remove Paper inside RootPaper
• Add spacing between H2 bottom and graph in statistics page
• Remove "Only my jobs" toggle
• Reduce LHS drawer width

Why are you removing the own-logs feature? I don't see it in the deliverables, did that change?
