CE-3072: Updated failing liveIocStatus test

Tested locally 10 times and it seems to work

I have changed a few things:

Created a IOCLiveStatus Story

Testing uses those stories

Checking to see if additional components is available when logged in

If we want to like before check if there is a call to fetch logs and then check that a log value exists, then we should create a story for the log stream and test against that.
