CE-3139: Quedued job looks strange

Used data from operation to get a quicker visual of banner (no loader needed) and show --- instead of link icon without link for awx job url.

Follow-ups:

  • Log stream should load data when accordion is opened, not fetch by default
  • Start/Stop buttons are both enabled even if only one command should be possible
  • Could we use data from operation call instead of job call in stepper...banner and stepper will always be out of sync if data comes from two different calls.
