changes to IOC info page:
display IOC description on live status page "configuration" tab renamed to "manage IOC" "edit IOC" button renamed to "deploy"; updating the info deploys, pressing OK without updating does a redeploy "update" button renamed to "deploy" add separate button for "undeploy" next to "deploy"
