CE-3442: Undeploy section error

Johanna Szepanski requested to merge CE-3442-undeploy-section-error into develop
  • loader and error is now in dialog
  • freeze dialog during ongoing action (you cant click any buttons or close dialog)
  • removed disable button props sent in from parent, since dialog is now "frozen" during action. If you agree that this is a better solution, then I can add a follow-up to do the same in the other admin sections.
  • created stories for not deployed, success, error, loading states
